Read totals in context
Campaign summaries and transaction reports describe different aspects of activity. Confirmed contribution totals should be distinguished from payment attempts, donor counts and settlement balances.
Review the campaign over time
Use the Creator reporting tools to assess the campaign’s activity and identify records that need investigation. Compare like-for-like states when reporting progress to stakeholders.
Reconcile before publishing outcomes
Check transaction and withdrawal records before presenting a final financial result. Restrict donor-level information to authorized people and share aggregated information where individual detail is unnecessary.
