Can I run only a fundraiser?
Yes. Fundraising is a standalone SparkGlim product. Ticketing and awards voting are optional products for other needs.
Are all payment methods available everywhere?
No. Availability depends on the campaign, account, provider and operating market. The configured checkout shows the available options.
Does a donation include a tax receipt?
Do not assume it does. The organizer’s status and applicable arrangements determine any tax treatment. A payment confirmation is not a promise of deductibility.
Can an institution use its own domain?
Approved White Label deployments support verified custom domains and managed hosted sites. Review the organization’s requirements with SparkGlim before launch.
